Tyre inflators, jump starters and other automotive products should only be operated according to the manufacturer's instructions, safety warnings and recommended specifications.

UltraTech will not be responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, unauthorised modifications, failure to follow instructions or use outside the intended purpose of the product, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Pricing

Unless stated otherwise, all prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR).

We reserve the right to change prices, promotions and discounts at any time before an order has been accepted.

If a genuine pricing or technical error occurs, we may contact you before fulfilling the order and provide the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected order.

Nothing in this section limits any rights available to consumers under applicable South African law.

6. Payments

Payments are processed through the payment methods made available during checkout.

Depending on availability, these may include debit or credit cards, instant EFT and other secure payment methods.

Your order will generally only be processed once payment has been successfully confirmed.

We do not guarantee that every payment method will always be available.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

UltraTech cannot guarantee delivery within an exact timeframe where delays are caused by circumstances such as:

Severe weather
Public holidays
Remote delivery locations
Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer
Events outside our reasonable control

We will try to assist before the order is dispatched but cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once the courier has collected the parcel.

9. Returns and Refunds

UltraTech offers a voluntary 30-day return period subject to the requirements contained in our Refund & Returns Policy.

For change-of-mind returns, products generally need to be unused, undamaged, complete and returned with their original packaging and accessories.

Different rules may apply where a product is defective, unsafe, damaged or otherwise fails to meet requirements imposed by applicable consumer law.

Nothing in our voluntary return policy limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, or other applicable South African legislation.
